President of Professional Realty Management, Inc.  Graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Initially entered the Insurance industry for several years before transitioning to Real Estate with a focus on Multi-family property management.  Portfolio consists of 1300 conventional and HUD financed units and 42,865 square feet commercial storage space.  Approved HUD managing agent.  Active member and committee participant of the Delaware Apartment Association and IREM Chapter 16.  Certifications include Licensed Realtor in the state of MD and Certified Property Manager.

Nineteen years experience in sales, marketing and management in the Real Estate and Insurance industry.  Ms. Davis was owner of a residential and commercial Decorating Emporium and Furniture Gallery specializing in residential decorating.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, designated Certified Apartment Manager, Multi Million Dollar Producer and was named 2006 Manager of the Year with PRMI.

Five years experience Town Clerk.  Six years experience in health care management.  Ms. Cavallone has many years of management experience and is a graduate of Kitrell College with a degree in Business Management.  She joined the PRMI management team in 2006 and managed two of our larger properties in North Carolina before being promoted to District Manager in Florida.  Ms. Cavallone specializes in resident retention and team member motivation.
